Terms of Service

* We ship worldwide. All items are shipped with registration by China Express Air Logistics. Delivery time varies and is dependent on the destination country and your local postal service. Please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for most countries.

* Items are shipped usually within two days once payment is received. We ship on all days of the week (Monday-Sunday).

* If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please return it within 14 days for a refund in the parcel's original package. We are sorry to inform you that shipping costs are not refundable unless it is our responsibility that caused the return.

* We want you to be happy with your purchase, there is no reason for neutral or negative feedback. Please contact us via email before leaving a negative or neutral feedback. We continuously strive to provide 5 star service for our esteemed customers and we always do our best to resolve any order issues.

* We happily combine shipping for multiple items. Please contact us if you wish to combine shipping and save money on the postage rates. We always try to take advantage of the best possible mailing rates.
